In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

• "agam6" / "the Platform" / "we" / "us" / "our" — refers to agam6 and the website accessible at https://agam6.bet, including all sub-pages, products, and services offered therein.
• "Player" / "you" / "your" — refers to any individual who accesses, registers on, or uses the agam6 platform in any capacity.
• "Account" — refers to the registered user account created by a Player on agam6, through which all betting, gaming, deposit, and withdrawal activity is conducted.
• "Balance" — refers to the total funds held in a Player's agam6 account at any given time, inclusive of real-money funds and any applicable bonus funds held in a separate bonus wallet.
• "Bonus Funds" — refers to any promotional credit, free bet, free spin value, or cashback amount awarded to a Player by agam6 under a promotion, subject to applicable wagering requirements.
• "IDR" / "Rp" — refers to Indonesian Rupiah, the sole currency in which agam6 accounts are denominated and all transactions are processed.
• "KYC" — Know Your Customer; the identity and age verification process required by agam6 prior to processing a Player's first withdrawal or at agam6's reasonable discretion at any time.
• "Wagering Requirement" — the total value of bets a Player must place using bonus funds before those funds, and any winnings derived from them, become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country or territory from which access to and use of agam6 is explicitly restricted under these Terms.

Access to and use of agam6 is subject to the following eligibility requirements, which must be satisfied at the time of registration and maintained for the duration of your account's active status:

• You must be at least 21 years of age. agam6 enforces a strict minimum age policy and conducts age verification during the KYC process. Accounts belonging to individuals under 21 will be immediately closed and any balance forfeited.
• You must be accessing agam6 from a jurisdiction where online betting and gaming is not explicitly prohibited by applicable local law as it applies to the individual user.
• You must be acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, proxy, or representative of a third party.

• You must not be subject to a self-exclusion order on agam6 or any other gambling platform with which agam6 has a shared exclusion agreement.
• You must not have had a previous agam6 account that was closed by agam6 for breach of these Terms.

To access the full range of agam6 services, you must complete the registration process and create a verified account. The following conditions apply:

• Each Player is permitted to hold exactly one (1) account. Opening multiple accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in the suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances held within them.
• You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at the time of registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid contact email address.
• You must not use a false identity, an identity belonging to another person, or any automated system or bot to complete the registration process.

• Account registration is free of charge and does not obligate you to make a deposit or place any bet.

By completing registration and clicking to confirm acceptance of these Terms, you warrant that all information provided is truthful and that you meet the eligibility requirements set out in Clause 2.

You are solely and entirely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your agam6 login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes associated with your account. agam6 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account where such access results from your failure to protect your credentials.

• You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.
• You must notify agam6 customer support immediately if you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorization.
• agam6 strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA), available at no cost from within your account settings.
• agam6 will never ask for your password via email, live chat, or any other communication channel. Any message purporting to be from agam6 requesting your password should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

All activity conducted through your account — including bets placed, deposits made, and withdrawals requested — is deemed to have been authorized by you unless you have previously notified agam6 of a security compromise.

agam6 accepts deposits in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) via the following verified payment channels. No currency conversion fees are applied at any stage of the deposit process.

• All deposits must be made from a payment account registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited and will result in the funds being returned and your account being reviewed.
• agam6 reserves the right to impose maximum deposit limits on any account at its reasonable discretion, including for responsible gaming purposes.
• Deposited funds are held in a segregated account and are not used for agam6's operational expenses.
• Deposits that remain unused for an extended period may be subject to an inactivity policy as set out in the applicable promotion or account terms communicated at the time.

agam6 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• The minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 50.000. There is no maximum single withdrawal limit for verified accounts in good standing, though large withdrawal requests may be subject to enhanced processing review.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account or e-wallet registered in the same name as your agam6 account. agam6 will not process withdrawals to third-party accounts under any circumstances.
• Before your first withdrawal is processed, you must complete KYC verification by providing a valid government-issued identity document (KTP or passport) and any additional documentation reasonably requested by agam6.
• agam6 targets withdrawal processing within five (5) minutes of approval for standard requests. Processing times may extend during periods of exceptionally high volume or when additional security checks are required.
• Withdrawal requests submitted outside standard banking hours for bank transfer channels may experience delays attributable to the receiving institution, not agam6.
• agam6 reserves the right to delay or suspend a withdrawal where it has reasonable grounds to suspect fraud, money laundering, bonus abuse, or breach of these Terms, pending investigation.

agam6 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to both new and existing Players. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and conditions published alongside the offer at the time it is made available. The following general bonus conditions apply to all promotions unless an individual promotion's terms expressly state otherwise:

• Bonuses are awarded at agam6's sole discretion and may be modified, suspended, or withdrawn at any time without prior notice, subject to any commitments already made to individual Players.
• Standard wagering requirements range from 10x to 40x the bonus amount, as specified per promotion. The applicable multiplier is always clearly disclosed before a bonus is activated.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the time limit specified for each bonus. Bonus funds and associated winnings expire at the end of the stated period if requirements remain unmet.
• Only one welcome bonus may be claimed per Player, per household address, per device, and per payment method. agam6 uses technical and manual review methods to detect duplicate bonus claims.
• agam6 reserves the right to amend the wagering requirements, game contribution rates, or maximum bet limits applicable to bonus funds at any time. Players who have already activated a bonus will be given reasonable notice of material changes.
• Certain game categories — including live dealer games, some table games, and progressive jackpot slots — may contribute at a reduced rate (or zero contribution) toward satisfying wagering requirements. Contribution rates are published in the bonus terms for each offer.
• The maximum bet permitted while bonus funds are active is Rp 100.000 per round or spin unless a higher limit is explicitly stated in the individual promotion's terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in the bonus being voided.

All bets placed on agam6 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the product category in question — sports betting, casino games, virtual sports, slots, or specialty games such as bola tangkas (Indonesia's traditional card-ball game). The following general betting rules apply across all product categories:

• A bet is binding and irrevocable once it has been confirmed and accepted by agam6's systems. Bets cannot be cancelled, reversed, or amended by a Player after confirmation, except where agam6 expressly provides a cash-out or bet-edit feature for a specific market.
• agam6 reserves the right to void any bet that was accepted as a result of a manifest pricing error, technical malfunction, or data feed failure. Players will be notified of any void and the bet stake refunded in full.
• Odds and prices displayed on the agam6 sportsbook are indicative and may change up until the moment a bet is submitted. The odds shown at confirmation are the odds at which the bet is struck.
• Winnings are credited to a Player's account balance upon settlement of the relevant event or game round. Settlement timelines vary by product and are displayed within each bet's detail view.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a bet, agam6's records of bet placement, odds, and event outcomes shall be definitive unless a manifest technical error can be demonstrated by the Player.
• agam6 reserves the right to impose maximum win limits on individual bets or across a betting session. Where applicable, these limits are disclosed within the relevant product rules section.

agam6 is committed to providing a safe and responsible gaming environment. We believe that gambling should be a form of entertainment and never a financial necessity. The following responsible gaming measures are available free of charge to all registered Players:

• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps from within their account settings. Limit reductions take effect immediately; limit increases are subject to a 24-hour cooling-off period.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on agam6 and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and, where applicable, referral to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets, interact with games, or manipulate account activity.

• Attempting to reverse-engineer, hack, or compromise any part of agam6's technology infrastructure, security systems, or data.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at registration, during KYC, or at any other point in your relationship with agam6.

All content available on agam6 — including but not limited to the agam6 brand name, logo, website design, graphics, text, software, game interfaces, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of agam6 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

• You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use agam6 solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes.
• You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publicly display, or create derivative works from any agam6 content without prior written consent from agam6.
• Game content, including all slot titles, live casino interfaces, and virtual sports simulations, is provided under licence from the respective game studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, Pocket Games Soft, NetEnt, Microgaming, and Spribe) and is subject to each studio's intellectual property rights.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, agam6's total liability to any Player in connection with these Terms, their account, or their use of the platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that Player to their agam6 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

agam6 shall not be liable for any of the following, regardless of the form of action and whether in contract, tort, or otherwise:

• Loss of profits, loss of revenue, loss of data, loss of opportunity, or any indirect, special, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind.
• Service interruptions, system downtime, or technical failures beyond agam6's reasonable control, including but not limited to internet service provider outages, third-party payment processor delays, or force majeure events.
• Errors in odds, prices, or game outcomes resulting from third-party data feed failures, provided that agam6 acts promptly to identify and correct such errors upon becoming aware of them.
• Unauthorized access to a Player's account resulting from the Player's failure to maintain credential security as required under Clause 4.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit agam6's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.

agam6 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms & Conditions and is incorporated herein by reference. By registering an account on agam6, you consent to the collection and use of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include:

• Personal information collected at registration and during KYC is used solely for account management, identity verification, and regulatory compliance purposes.

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes or claims — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognized principles of commercial law as applied by agam6's licensing jurisdiction.
